This auction is for the first piece in a series of five modern interpretations of traditional oriental art inspired paintings. It features two koi fish, one Oranji Hariwaki and a Lemon Ogon meandering peacefully under the lily pads. Some of the incredible detail of this piece can be seen in the pictures below, however the true scope of this piece can only be seen with a jeweler?s loop. It was painted by hand, with an 18/0 customized brush, using acrylic paint on a single grain of rice. This piece comes mounted on acid free mat board inside a 1 1/2 inch acrylic cube with built in 3x magnifying lid for safe and easy handling and viewing, and is guaranteed to be an heirloom you family or organization will cherish for generations to come. It has been signed and numbered by the artist in order to insure its enormous collector?s value.
