These items have been purchased as part of a store lot. The lot consisted of over 40,000 items of clothing so I am selling them off in bulk lots. You will receive a nice selection of brands and items. Please remember that it would be impossible to take 40,000 pictures so items pictured are EXAMPLES. If you would like to see some examples of the items and how they will sell take a look at MY OTHER LISTINGS as I am selling off a small percentage of the items individualy. Items will be about 50% 50% NWOT and Like New. It will be about 80% Womens styles and 20% Mens Syles. These lots will have about a 2%-5% rate of accessories suck as ties, belts, and purses.

When you bid on an auction you are entering into a binding sales contact. Please make sure and read over the entire listing. I know I am boring but its lots of needed info :-) Also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BID if you are not going to pay. It not only wastes both our time, I will have to leave negative rating for you and file a non payment complaint with eBay to get my fees back which can get you suspended which I realy dont want to do. The Fine Print
Payment
PAYPAL PREFERRED ~ Payment is due within 3 days of auction close. If paying by Money Order please contact us immediately following close of auction, of course more time is given. If payment or contact is not made within 7 days ~ we can only assume you have no intention on paying for your item. A report to eBay will be filed as well as NEGATIVE feedback posted.
Shipping
Shipping cost will be the exact amount it costs to ship the items using buyers choice of ground delivery or priority. A good rule of thumb is about 1 lb per item. Insurance is optional but suggested as we will not be held responsible for the item once we ship and provide you with a delivery confirmation number.
Delivery
We ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If a delay of more than 48 hours arises we will contact you. We do not ship on weekends. We are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
Refunds & Returns
We do our best to sell only the best, on occasion an item will slip by quality control that is not without flaw. To post negative feedback before trying to come to an amicable resolution is unfair as we are always willing to work out something to satisfy our customers.
