All items will ship via USPS Priority unless you receive an email from us stating differently. For this item, shipping insurance is required. Items will ship within 24 hours from payment. We ship in tear-proof, waterproof packaging so that tampering of your items can not occur and to reduce the risk of damage during transit. International Shipping:
International orders will be shipped via USPS Global. International bidders are responsible for any additional duties or taxes that your country may imply. International shipping is $19.99 for the first item unless otherwise stated. Insurance is required for all international packages.

Discounts are available for items combined items. Items must be paid for with one single payment and must end within 72 hours of first purchase. Our standard policy for combined items is:

Full shipping rate for 1st item and 50% off the posted shipping rates for any additional items
International Customers:
Full shipping rate for 1st item and 25% off the posted shipping rates for any additional items
All buyers who wish to take advantage of combined item shipping must email us to request a combined invoice.

Refunds & Returns
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will refund the cost of the item if shipped back to us within 3 days of your receiving the item. Only the cost of the item is refunded; we do not refund associated shipping charges originally paid. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. You must receive a Return Authorization Number and Form by email prior to returning an item. All items will be inspected by a product specialist prior to issuing a refund and must be in their original condition. There will be a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee for returned items to cover our fees for the original listing of the item.
Should an item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise and we will gladly issue you a pre-paid label & Return Authorization Number (RMA) and Form to return the original merchandise to us. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, a product specialist will inspect the merchandise and promptly ship a replacement. Should a buyer refuse a replacement, he/she can request a refund for the purchase price of the item; we can not refund shipping charges for buyers who refuse a replacement. Should an item be returned as damaged and a product specialist determines otherwise, you will be notified of the conclusion and the original merchandise will be returned to you COD.
