I am offering three of my prized possessions for the first time here on EBay today. Three outstanding and highly collectible catalin tube radios from the 1940's that will surely jump start any new collection or augment an existing one. We have an original general electric jewel box, all original with no cracks, chips or repairs (does have one small scratch upon close inspection). The unique thing about this particular model is the extremely translucent catalin case that it has - where you can literally see right through it. Rarely found in this condition, let alone with no repairs as most of these break around the hinges, where this one is still intact and original. The second is my outstanding blue bullet, where I can't begin to describe the deep blue that this gorgeous piece of eye candy exhibits. (pictures doesn't begin to do this radio justice). It did have a crack that was repaired years ago by Outsider Studios, that simply cannot be detected. My third radio is a superb Bendix, which is perhaps one of the most flawless and colorful examples that I have ever seen. A deep blue green case in pristine condition - again all original no damage/repairs. For those out there that follow catalin radios, they know that in better economic times, the blue fada's alone can easily fetch 4 to 6K on their own.
