Some of these domain names were part of an asset acquisition following the closure of the former, Austin-based Rocksteady Networks, Inc.

Upon auction conclusion and verification of payment deposit into seller's financial account, buyer and seller will sign four (4) copies of a notorized transfer contract, obligating the seller to immediately register the buyer's domain contact information (technical, administrative, etc.), as specfied in the contract, with the seller's current domain registrar, for all eight (8) RocksteadyNetworks domains listed in this auction, and will coordinate and facilitate the transfer of the domains to the buyer's registrar.

The registrar transfer period will depend upon the administrative processes of both the Seller's and Buyer's registrars. The Seller will not accept responsibility for the length of time either registrar takes to conclude the RocksteadyNetworks domain registrations transfer.

Two (2) copies of the signed/notorized transfer contract will be provided to both the Buyer and Seller.
