It is big!! It contains a very personal letter from Michael Jackson to Richard Kudolla for marketing the Thriller album, one of the all time selling albums in history and all because of Richard Kudolla and his staffs hard work when Rich ran the West Coast division of sales for CBS records. Michael wrote and signed this letter which was placed in the plaque and also four records that went gold and platinum for Michael Jackson. The signature is very clear and clean!!! It is not his initials. As a backdrop, you have a full picture of Michael Jackson behind the records and letter. About 9 of these were made. 5 have sold on Ebay this year.  Most have sold around the $1000.00 to $2000 range depending on condition. This is a super piece and owned the boss rather then the help. For those of you that are not familier with Richard, if you were a major artist for CBS, a large record store, record chain or a member of those select few in the music industry on the sales end, you knew Richard Kudolla. Richard was the senior vice president of sales and marketing for Columbia/CBS and EMI. His career spanned twenty years. In that time, he had close ties to major artists such as Pink Floyd, Michael Jackson and Bruce Springsteen. He had hundreds of awards given to him including platinum and gold RIAA and industry award plaques and rare promotional records that you and I normally couldn't get. He held on to them for 30 years. He's since retired from the industy and has chosen Forever Vinyl to put his highly collectible collection of memorabilia and promotional items up for sale to the highest bidder.
