Customer satisfaction is a principal concern at ANIPPE Store. You may request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 7 days from receipt of your order for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: "Custom" or "Made-to-Order" items are not returnable. Returned merchandise must NOT be used, soiled, washed or wrinkled and must be in its original package in new resalable condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to customer at customer's expense. Upon inspection by Quality Control, any item returned that requires special attention to restore to resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee. To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) Please email us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include the following information in your email:

4. Reason for Return
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective item is returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase. An explanation of the defect must be noted prior to authorization being granted.
