Warranty & Terms

We do our best to serve each and every customer the best we can. Product comes with a one year part warranty from factory. Shower must be installed by a licensed plumber and electrician. Otherwise, the warranty will be void. With all warranty claims, a copy of the permit, as well as copy of the license, and installation invoice for a plumber and electrician must accompany each warranty claim. Failure to comply voids and all warranties stated. Warranty card must be returned to us within 30 days from purchase in order to validate warranty. Product warranty covers all parts, not the installation or removal of any defective part. This warranty does not include any shipping or labor costs. On a best effort basis, we will arrange for coverage of any defective parts found within factory warranty period. You must notify us for any defective parts so that we can give you a conformation number in order for you to mail the removed defective part back to our address. Any items returned without a conformation number will be refused. This warranty does not cover damage, misuse, and / or abuse by the end user or any unforeseen events. If the product arrives and there is damage incurred during shipment, please notify the delivery personal, shipping company, and then our office within three business days.
