Our Gem Quality Diamond Simulants are the finest available, and just as there are many different grades of diamonds, there are also many different grades of diamond simulants. This particular bridal line is the original forumla, invented by the Russians, and is the hardest form of non-carbon based diamond simulant available. This allows each stone to be cut and polished exactly like a diamond, resulting in maximum light disbursion and brilliance. Our experienced cutters facet and polish each Diamond Simulant according to exacting specifications set forth for the highest quality diamonds. How To Care For Your New Jewelry Fine jewelry set with created diamond simulants should be cared for just as you would care for your other fine jewelry. You'll want to clean each item at least monthly, or more often with every day wear. Any piece of jewelry will look its' finest when impeccably clean. It is also a good idea to have your jewelry checked and cleaned by a professional jeweler at least once a year. We recommend a solution of mild cleaner and warm water to clean your jewelry, as well as a soft bristled brush to get into small crevices (a clean child size toothbrush does an excellent job). Soak each piece for a few moments, then clean gently with the brush and rinse in warm water. To ensure a sparkling result, DO NOT allow your piece to air dry - use a blow dryer on a low to medium setting - particles in tap water may cause a slight film on your jewelry if allowed to air dry, but using the blow dryer will result in a brilliant, impeccably clean piece every time!
Payment 1. Payment is due within 5 days of auction end. Please do not bid if you cannot pay within 5 days. 2. Due to recent problems with NSF checks, orders paid by check will be held 10 business days for processing. 3. Items not paid for within 5 days of auction close will be re-listed. Unfortunately, we do have to report non-paying auction winners to Ebay.
Shipping 1. Shipping charges are $13.50 per item to all domestic addresses. The shipping charge includes postage, insurance, jewelers gift boxing, professional labeling service and handling costs. Shipping charges are not negotiable - please do not email asking for reduced shipping after the close of the auction! 2. We offer combined shipping on purchases of six items or more. All items must be won within seven days of the first item. Please email for details on combined shipping. 3. We are no longer able to ship internationally. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES!
Returns All sales are final, however; we always offer service after the sale. Should you ever receive a damaged or defective item, let us know immediately and our warranty department will remedy the situation to your satisfaction! Exchange priviledges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Remember, your satisfaction is our first priority!
