Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment	PayPal is preferred. All orders paid using PayPal will be processed within 24 hours of payment. Credit Card and ECheck accepted via PayPal. Payment made by Money Order also accepted. Please notify us of payment by money order upon receipt of electronic invoice. Orders paid for by money order processed on a first in first out basis. Payment or communication of intent to pay by money order due 72 hours following the close of the auction. All payments must be final within five working days.
Fees	Sales Tax: All sales within the state of Iowa are subject to the 5% state sales tax. The tax will be clearly reflected on your invoice. Iowa Retail Sales Tax Permit on file. Shipping and Handling Charges: "Total Price" items include all shipping and handling charges in the final sale price. This is the majority of all our items and applies to US sales only. International shipments add $21.00 in additional shipping cost. International buyers are responsible for taxes. >From time to time we may offer items that require the calculation of shipping charges. In such cases we will clearly indicate the need to use the shipping calculator and display any handling fees. If you have any questions concerning shipping and handling charges please contact us prior to purchase or bidding. Once you enter a bid or make a purchase the assumption is that you understand all shipping and handling charges that apply.
Shipping	Total Price We consider shipping cost to be part of the total purchase. Thus, on a majority of our items we offer our "Total Price" service. Simply all shipping and handling charges are included in the purchase price. Our goal is to make it easier for you to make a purchase decision and eliminate any post auction surprises. For Shipment within the US we us USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority, or UPS ground. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate shipment method for all "Total Price" items or items in which free shipping is offered. For international shipments we us USPS Parcel Post, USPS Air. Normal Practice is to include all shipping charges in our "Total Price" of the item. However, from time to time we will offer items that require calculation of the shipment cost. In these cases we will clearly state so in the item description.
Delivery	Our Order Processing and Shipping works Monday through Friday. 7:00AM CST to 8:00 PM CST. Saturday 9:00 AM CST 1:00PM CST. Orders begin processing within 12 hours of the receipt of payment. In most cases items are delivered to the shipper with 24 hours. However, some items may require up to 48 hours to process completely. In such cases we will communicate directly with the buyer keeping them apprised of our progress.
Refunds & Returns	Your satisfaction is our goal! We will do everything within reason to keep you as a customer. Simply we want you as a customer for more then one transaction. Thus our return poicy is rather simple. However, you do require preauthorization before we will accept a return. Valid reasons for a return: ITEM WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE (DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING DAMAGE) ITEM RECIEVED WAS NOT THE ITEM ORDERED In any of the above cases we will accept the return without cost to you. Provided that the item is returned un-used and non-damaged to us. We will not issue a refund for damaged merchandise during shipment. A full refund will be issued once the item has been received and the condition verified. However, you will be required to pay the return postage on the item (USPS Parcel Post). We will include a reimbursement of that cost to you as part of your refund. We will not accept COD. All other request for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling. Damaged items during shipment are not return issues. All items are shipped insured and the buyer will need to file all appropriate claims with the carrier. We will assist you by providing information. However, we have no control over their refund process. Return Procedure EBay 1. Contact us through EBay within 7 days of receipt of the item. 2. Allow us 2 working days to respond to your request. 3. Once RMA # is given return the item to us using USPS Parcel Post. Follow all RMA instructions. Please mark the RMA# to the outside of the container. Insurance purchase may be required. 4. Return will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. Refund will be made in form of check mailed to you. If your payment was made via PayPal we will refund directly to your account.
