Welcome to Time and Gems! We specialize in many exclusive
wristwatches including pre-owned Rolexes. We are happy to buy, sell, trade,
and repair Rolexes and other fine time pieces. We have been in business for
over 5 years and pride ourselves on our reputation for excellent customer
service and quality products. Our watchmakers have combined 40+ years
experience and are Rolex certified.
Time and Gems is located in Orlando, FL and is a subsidiary of RJN
Enterprises. RJN Enterprises was established in 1997 as one of the first
preowned Rolex sellers on the internet. Since 1997 we have grown and gained
thousands of happy clients. We now offer many new watch lines, watch
winders, and service/repair.

thoroughly examined and authenticated by our Rolex certified watchmakers,
guaranteeing that your watch will be ready for use when you receive it.

Customers in the United States may pay by check, money
order, cashier's check, bank wire, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
We accept PayPal only from US customers who are verified
and have a confirmed address on file with PayPal.
International customers may only pay by bank wire.

Returns
We at Time and Gems strive to achieve 100% customer
satisfaction in all transactions. We do allow returns for purchases where
the customer is not completely satisfied. We will allow a credit for the
purchase price or a refund of the purchase price, when customer satisfaction
is not met. A refund or credit will only be given if the merchandise is
returned to Time and Gems in the exact same condition as originally shipped.
We do ask customers to adhere to the following return policy:

Contact Time and Gems within 3 days of receipt of the
merchandise and inform us that you would like to make a return.

Return the merchandise to us by way of an insured
carrier. Make sure the merchandise is packed securely and that the proper
amount of insurance is indicated.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, Time and Gems will
verify the condition, serial number, etc. and issue the credit or refund.
