Talia is a beautiful, sweet, and wonderful Christian soul that just turned 18.  She has an incredible dream of honoring Jesus with her gifts of acting and singing. She has worked very hard through years of service in her church and four years of high school drama.    

Not sure where God was leading her as she prepared for college, she was chosen, one of eleven in dramatic theatre, to attend the College Conservatory of Music and Theatre at the University of Cincinnati.

This is a rare honor for a young girl from Alabama!

Unfortunately, Talia is from a broken home and finances are very tight for her Dad.  He is a truck driver for an express delivery company and has worked very hard, saving for over ten years for her education! She did receive the largest scholarship ever offered to a student there but the out of state tuition is still extremely high.  There is an outstanding amount of approximately 2,500.00 per quarter (x3 quarters) that desperately needs to be paid in order for her to continue to train and pursue her dreams!

She is working hard, taking as many as 22 hours in one quarter!   

I know that this may be an unusual venue to pursue but Talia really needs a very special benefactor - patron of the arts to sponsor her or donate a scholarship on her behalf to the college theatre program in order for her to continue.

We are asking for your prayers for her and to allow God to provide for those where He guides them! Please, search your heart and help if you are able.

That is why I will donate these 8 PRIME Disney Lion King tickets to the winning bidder! (These were to be her 18th birthday present with her family but she can't make it home for the one evening).

The funds can be made out directly to the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music in Talias' name.

This is an honest and earnest plea for help for a young girl to shoot for the stars and reach for her dreams!
